The role, reporting to the Marketing Manager, will be responsible for leading the evolution of loyalty and promotion activities for Polish and Baltics Markets, proposing and developing new business insights.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing CRM activities and promoting marketing initiatives based on database analysis.
- Coordination, planning and controlling the Loyalty programs directed to different targets.
- Running and monitoring KPIs according to European guidelines.
- Implementation of geo-marketing analysis.
- Analysis of the B2B loyalty program in terms of regularity of registration and the level of loyalty of ACTIVE INSTALLERS.
- Managing structured mass communication with B2B loyalty program participants.
- Communication of new products, product changes, and price lists to B2B loyalty participants.
- Exploring databases of potential sales opportunities (PROSPECTS and PROJECTS).
- Independently and in cooperation with the external agency, implementing campaigns aimed at obtaining new sales opportunities (PROSPECTS and PROJECTS).
- Providing new validated sales opportunities to the Sales Team on a daily basis to schedule business-developing meetings when there is a free date in the calendar.
- Acting as a reference local leader for CRM Sales.
- Deploying Corporate standard guidelines and adapting them to each local market according to their needs with the final goal of developing the network of installers.
- Managing quality and consistency of data, training users, generating reports, and inputting data to support organizational initiatives.
- Responsible for the quality and consistency of data used to drive Ariston sales and marketing efforts in the region.
The ideal candidate has:
- 2-4 years of experience in CRM roles in multinational companies.
- Ability to work in a team and manage junior resources.
- Passion for digital analytics and customer experience analysis.
- Knowledge of database management and CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamic CRM.
- Excellent English knowledge.
Energy, entrepreneurship, enthusiasm, and passion for marketing and communication, along with relational, organizational, and presentation skills, problem-solving, and results orientation complete the profile.
