We are looking for passionate CRM Solution Engineer who would join our Digital Products & Service Delivery Team. It consists of 10 team members split across 5 locations. The team is characterized by a high customer service mindset and a strong team spirit. We take pride in our platforms and do our best to continuously deliver value adding solutions.
responsibilities :
Translates Business requirements into Digital solutions and understands business and technology needs
Has a domain specialist knowledge/SME for selected areas of our MS CRM/FSM solution
Perform basic configurations, ensuring data integrity
Ensure and perform testing - System Integration Testing and first step User Acceptance Testing prior to releasing functionality to the business for final User Acceptance Testing
Identify problems and opportunities within Hempel and provides Digital solutions in line with overall Hempel strategy and adhering to Enterprise Architecture guidelines
Act as a 3rd Line support for application domain in case of issues/incidents
Create deployment plans, release notes, and SME Knowledge ArticlesAct as a main point of contact for (external) developers
requirements-expected :
Bachelor or master degree within Information Technology or related field is preferred but not required
3-5 years of experience in an IT role engaging with business stakeholders
Strong understanding of CRM solutions, particularly MS D365CE
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
Project Management experience with attention to details and execution
Strong interest in understanding business processes and building valuable digital solutions
A technical mindset with basic knowledge around software architecture and design principles and a profound curiosity on latest technology offerings
Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as well as Agile methodologies, such as Scrum methodology and usage of DevOps or similar tools
A Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) mindset
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
