About Us

Medier is a European IT product company that creates cutting‑edge online entertainment projects. We are looking for a CRM Service Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in our customer engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage promotional landing pages for marketing campaigns.
  • Create and optimize HTML templates for customer communication.
  • Develop and schedule SMS campaigns to engage and retain customers.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) for CRM campaigns to ensure flawless execution.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate local market‑specific CRM activities and campaign results.
  • Optimize and improve automated customer journeys, creating new triggers and event‑based communications.

Requirements

Must‑Have Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to track, measure, and report on email and SMS marketing campaign performance.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills:

  • Basic HTML knowledge.
  • Interest in the betting and gambling industry.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Sendgrid, or similar).
  • Knowledge of email and SMS marketing best practices.
