- User Requirements: Translate end user requirements into software capabilities- Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical skills for various tasks- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and organized, able to prioritize carefully, working across multiple workstreams and to multiple deadlines- Communication: Excellent communicator both written and verbal, comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders- Team Collaboration: Collaborate positively and inclusively within large teams- Learning: Show enthusiasm for learning new skills and systems- POCs/Presales: Experience in building Proof of Concepts (POCs) and presales- Power Apps/Power Automate: Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate- Agile Delivery: Agile delivery experience- Data Security: Experience working with sensitive data and complex access/security models- Integrations: Experience working with integrations across multiple platforms
- 7 years + experience in similar roles, working with D365 CRM- Strong preference for finance sector experience- Proven experience of translating end user requirements into software capabilities- Strong analytical skills- Self-motivated and organised. Ability to prioritise carefully, working across multiple workstreams and to multiple deadlines- Excellent communicator both written and verbal. Must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders- Great team player.
