Your new company
For our client, we are looking for a CRM Developer to join an existing team.
Your new role
• Design and develop CRM solutions for a large-scale lead-to-sales process, contributing to a CRM transformation across 21 markets.
• Participate in the migration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM(v7) to D365 Sales, harmonising requirements and implementing solutions via PowerPlatform tools.
• Develop and oversee integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, but also Azure, and third-party systems, including data migration and transformation tasks.
• Customise PowerPlatform components, build PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven), and design PowerAutomate flows integrated with external APIs and data sources.
• Provide CRM support to our business-users via a managed ticketing process and take over maintenance tasks for the platform.
What you39ll need to succeed
Must-have skills:
• Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 / MS Power Platform customisation
• Familiarity with MS Azure services
• Proficiency in JavaScript and JSON
• Experience with Agile working methods
Requirements:
• Good working knowledge of English
• Min. 3 years of experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform or Dynamics 365.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, Power Fx.
• Hands-on experience with integration tools (REST APIs, OData, custom connectors).
• Familiarity with Azure services, Jira, Confluence, and Agile collaboration methods; experience with international stakeholders is a plus.
