As an CRM Database Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and evolving our CRM data infrastructure and integrations. You will be responsible for database performance, security, and scalability while ensuring seamless and secure data flow across multiple platforms and tools. Your work will directly impact the integrity and usability of CRM data, driving smarter business decisions and optimized customer engagement.
responsibilities :
Oversee all aspects of database management, including backups, recovery, version upgrades, indexing, and optimization across marketing databases.
Manage and enhance CRM database business rules to align with evolving business needs while enforcing data accuracy and consistency.
Maintain secure, reliable inbound and outbound data flows across various tools and technologies, troubleshooting as needed.
Provide modernization strategies to streamline processes and propose scalable infrastructure improvements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM data-related issues and offer best-in-class solutions and support to internal stakeholders.
Develop custom reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure full compliance with data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent RDBMS platforms.
Excellent data handling, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
Working knowledge of CRM systems and data integration principles.
Solid understanding of data privacy frameworks and compliance best practices.
Independent, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong troubleshooting skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience managing both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure environments.
Hands-on knowledge of tools like Boomi, Cloudera, and Tableau.
Familiarity with Microsoft .NET development frameworks.
