  • Advise users on CRM operations and sales/service processes.
  • Collaborate with the development team on more complex cases.
  • Build relationships with users and ensure a high quality of service.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for CRM, processes, and customer‑facing work.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software support, product support or consulting roles.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • Very good command of German, good command of English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SugarCRM.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies – SCRUM, PRINCE2.

What we offer at VM.PL

  • Remote work with occasional visits to the office – work from home, with the possibility (and sometimes need) to meet at our Wrocław office.
  • Clear communication and a flat structure – easy access to decision‑makers and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Individual development path – growth planning with a leader, external training, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
  • A supportive team culture – openness, trust, and partnership‑based collaboration.
  • Engaging projects – in sectors such as e-learning, energy, finance, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • International teams and clients – daily use of German and/or English.
  • Language lessons – English and German, including native speakers.
  • Benefits package – LuxMed healthcare, Unum insurance, Multisport card.
  • Team well‑being and integration – team events, sports initiatives, and internal activities.
  • Flexible cooperation models – Employment contract or B2B (hourly rate).

While we use modern tools, automation, and AI to support our work, every application is carefully reviewed by a real person. Your submission doesn’t end up in a black box – it reaches someone who truly reads your profile and will respond if they see potential for collaboration.

A short conversation with our HR team. It’s a great opportunity to get to know each other and talk about potential collaboration. We’ll also check your language skills.

2. Meeting with the Team or Project Lead and Technical Verification

You’ll meet the person responsible for the team you’re applying to. We’ll verify your experience and technical knowledge. You’ll always receive feedback afterwards. During this meeting, you’ll also learn more about the project. At this stage, we share the most promising profiles with the client.

3. Client Interview

A direct conversation with the client to get insights straight from the source. This meeting is usually held online and attended by someone from the client’s team and a VM.PL representative. Afterwards, we wait for the client’s valuable feedback.

4. Decision and Contract

Welcome aboard VM.PL! This is where our shared story begins :)
