Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and high-level understanding of CDP platforms (e.g., Segment, Tealium, Adobe Real-Time CDP).
Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) - implementation, configuration, and strategic consulting.
Strong background in sales and pre-sales activities - lead qualification, pitching, proposal development, and solution architecture design.
Proven experience in MarTech consulting across project lifecycle (discovery, implementation advisory, optimization).
Ability to develop client-facing strategies and architectures that align marketing technology with business objectives and KPIs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
