about-project :


  • As a member of the IT department, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders from Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Solution Architects to design, optimize, and implement CRM-based processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
  • Your primary focus will be on lead management, customer and opportunity management, sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and account planning, ensuring that the global sales organization operates efficiently and is fully data-driven.

responsibilities :


  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to sales, marketing, and customer data collection and processing processes, including lead management, opportunity handling, forecasting, and account planning.
  • Advise business stakeholders on CRM best practices, process optimization, and effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales capabilities.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for solution design and implementation teams.
  • Develop and execute test cases, user acceptance criteria, and validation scenarios to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  • Support the rollout, go-live, and adoption of optimized CRM and sales processes across multiple global regions.
  • Collaborate with sales management to increase sales process transparency, improve forecast accuracy, and drive CRM user adoption.
  • Contribute to training, communication, and change management activities to ensure alignment with business needs and successful implementation.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of requirements, workflows, and test results in accordance with corporate governance standards.

requirements-expected :


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business consulting, sales operations, or CRM implementations, preferably within global organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or comparable CRM platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, opportunity lifecycle, and account planning.
  • Proven experience in requirements management, process design, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Strong analytical and structured mindset with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German is an asset.
