• We are looking for a forward-thinking Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in Copilot Studio and custom AI agents to help redefine the way we engage with customers and support our employees. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement intelligent, AI-powered solutions across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, using advanced tools to automate workflows, boost efficiency, and deliver next-generation digital experiences.

• Solution Design & Development
• Build and customize Dynamics 365 Sales/Service solutions. Design and deploy AI copilots and agents for automation, support, and analytics.
• Copilot Studio & AI Integration
• Integrate Copilot Studio with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. Extend capabilities using Azure services, custom connectors, and REST APIs.
• Solution Optimization
• Enhance existing solutions with AI features like predictive insights and automation. Connect agents with Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• Testing, Deployment & CI/CD
• Test AI agents and integrations. Manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Collaboration & Strategy
• Work with analysts and stakeholders to deliver AI-driven CRM solutions. Provide guidance on Copilot Studio design and best practices.

• 5+ years in Dynamics 365 (Sales/Service) development
• 1+ year with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents
• Hands-on experience building custom AI agents (e.g., Azure Bot
• Framework, Copilot extensions)
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 SDK, Dataverse, Plugins, Power
• Platform, C#, JavaScript, .NET, REST APIs
• Copilot Studio: topic design, entities, bot integration
• AI tools: Azure Bot Service, LUIS, QnA Maker, Azure OpenAI
• AI/ML Competence:
• NLP, intent recognition, conversational AI
• Integration with Azure Cognitive Services and OpenAI
• Dev Tools:
• Azure DevOps, Git, Visual Studio, Dynamics 365 Admin Center
