Role and Responsibilities

Crew Domain Business Systems Analyst

Crew Domain Senior Business Analyst is responsible for planning, conducting and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems, cross-functions and cross business domain within the aviation flight crew area.

The role we are offering you:

  1. Work on high value (revenue) projects with large scale customer impact and able to operate under limited direction and minimal oversight.
  2. Delineate requirements to solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views across multiple functional domains (within company and between company and its customer) on high profile and/or mission critical efforts and projects.
  3. Provide functional/technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
  4. Create Business Plans/supports (including business cases) to assure plans meet company goals and integrates these with technical programs and project plans.
  5. Support Development staff by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, training on new products and all delivery planning aspects for deployment of a service or product, as assigned.
  6. Install software, conducts data migration, setup integration, documentation.

Our ideal candidate has:

  1. Minimum 5-7 years related experience.
  2. Advanced computer software skills.
  3. Experience with training/demo to internal teams or customer.
  4. Hands on experience/expertise in the Crew Management area – either worked in airline in scheduling, training, tracking, IT or the end-to-end implementation of crew enterprise systems is a plus.
  5. Experience on using Microsoft Office esp. Excel (writing Macros is a plus), PowerPoint.
  6. Requires understanding client-server architectures and the integration with legacy systems.
  7. Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  8. Willingness to travel up to 35%.
