We are currently looking for a Credit Risk Specialist ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

What you will be doing?

We are looking for a Credit Risk Specialist to manage and develop the BNPL risk framework for existing and new Banking‑as‑a‑Service (BaaS) partnerships and direct channels in Poland.

• Policy & Governance: Design, implement, and maintain BNPL credit risk policies and processes, ensuring KNF regulatory compliance.

• Portfolio Management: Conduct deep portfolio monitoring and analytics (delinquency, PD, LGD) to maintain quality and drive corrective actions.

• Decisioning: Develop and manage credit scoring and decisioning rules in collaboration with IT/Data Science.

• Partner Oversight: Evaluate and perform due diligence on BaaS partners and new BNPL models.

Skills you should have

• 3–6 years experience in credit risk, analytics, or policy, preferably in BNPL, consumer lending, or fintech.

• BaaS/Partnerships: Experience with BaaS or partnership‑based lending models is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.

• Knowledge: Solid understanding of the credit life cycle, scoring models, and KNF regulations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, advanced Polish and communicative English.
