Credit Risk Manager

• Bring strong local knowledge, lending assessment skills and experience to the credit review and management process
• Assess the overall creditworthiness of funding applications proposed by front line and provide review opinions for structuring lending facilities to mitigate risks as well as facilitate customer solutions
• Make recommendations and organize meetings to discuss about credit applications
• Provide active input on the management of existing lending portfolios, including monitoring the performance of customer, collecting and analysing related market information, and early identification of industry and/or individual customer deterioration to proactively identify and remedy emerging risk customers and/or concentrations
• Perform as an expert in conditions precedent verification for loan agreement signing and withdrawal
• Support the development of credit and risk management capabilities of related bank staff and associated sales team through coaching, quality assurance and outcome based training
• Assist developing and enhancing credit risk boundaries, policies and practices and facilitating the smooth functioning of credit procedures
• Capable to pick up new tasks associated with lending analysis, for example to
• calculate and forecast related regulatory indicators influenced by asset growth and make effective use of internal systems
• Complete other tasks assigned by Head of department
