Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25,000 companies from the small and medium‑sized enterprises segment and, since April 2020, it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large‑scale photovoltaic projects.

Your responsibilities

• Independently manage an assigned portfolio of counterparties in line with the credit risk policy.
• Execute counterparty credit analysis, including assigning ratings and credit limits.
• Implement credit policy by entering, verifying, and accepting agreements in the system.
• Conduct annual credit reviews, including financial analysis and updating ratings and limits.
• Manage the daily collateral process (margining), including exposure verification, payment requests, and counterparty communication.
• Handle and manage the automated rating process for the SME area.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members.

Our requirements

• Degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in credit risk, preferably in banking, trading, or consulting.
• Familiarity with credit risk modeling.
