Responsibilities

  • Managing credit risk by performing risk assessments for new and existing customers and proactively flagging potential issues.
  • Acting as a business partner and advisor for finance departments in HEINEKEN Operating Companies (the so-called OpCos).
  • Interacting with external credit agencies and OpCo departments to gather customer credit information.
  • Preparing and presenting credit reports.
  • Ensuring credit standards and rules are met on time and in full.
  • Effectively collaborating with other departments (e.g. Sales, Collection, OpCo Finance, HGSS A&RM) to ensure smooth process delivery.
  • Supporting and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives in collaboration with OpCos and HGSS, in line with HEINEKEN standards.
  • Using strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Overseeing or undertaking document preparation.

Qualifications

  • A good oral and written command of English (knowledge of German/Italian would be an additional asset).
  • At least 1 year of experience in Order-to-Cash.
  • Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong and demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to operate AI agents (e.g. Copilot).
  • Experience in a multinational environment (including shared services centres).
