Our Client is an international bank, operating in various countries globally. They are currently expanding and entering the Polish market, and therefore creating a new office in Warsaw, Poland.
Twój zakres obowiązków
Oversee the entire credit operations process, including loan processing, approvals, and disbursements.
Ensure strict compliance with credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Supervise key credit administration functions such as documentation, collateral management, and loan servicing.
Conduct regular reviews of credit files to identify risks and maintain compliance.
Monitor credit portfolio performance, analyzing key metrics like delinquencies and defaults.
Prepare and present detailed credit performance reports to senior management.
Work closely with relationship managers to resolve client issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate the work of a small team, providing leadership to ensure KPIs are met and tasks are executed efficiently.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Wymagania pracodawcy
Solid experience in Credit Operations within the banking sector, with a deep understanding of end-to-end credit processes.
Proven ability to work independently as a subject matter expert in credit operations, ensuring compliance with Polish banking regulations.
Strong knowledge of local credit policies, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in coordinating a small team or a project team (nice to have) with leadership skills to execute KPIs effectively.
Hands-on experience in establishing or refining credit policies.
Proficiency in finance, IT systems, and digital transformation related to credit operations is desired.
Fluency in Polish and English is required.
