Overview
Our financial department is seeking candidates for the position of Credit Operations Analyst with German.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and dealer requests (e.g., payment deferrals, early settlements, exchange of equipment, etc.) and provide exceptional customer support.
- Review and manage credit documentation for incoming credit applications.
- Monitor customer financing repayments (cash collection, past due management, write-offs).
- Process customer claims efficiently.
- Provide credit processing support to country credit underwriting teams.
- Establish close partnerships with stakeholders across our retail portfolio countries to ensure timely and accurate quality control of client data.
- Continuously look for improvements in processes and implement them in our systems.
Our Requirements
- Basic knowledge of financial products such as loans and leases.
- Proficiency in English and German (B2+).
- University degree, preferably in a finance or business-related field.
- Excellent communication, customer service skills and customer centricity.
- Ability to manage customer interactions, handle complaints and work well under pressure.
- Affinity for numbers.
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, while maintaining close attention to detail.
Nice To Have
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a strong advantage.
