Supporting the BFF Credit Management team, in particular:
Download data from various sources including customer and ministry websites, system data and database
Document management including saving, scanning, and entering documents into network folders and/or systems
Update status in the system
Preparation of documentation
Excel reconciliation data- manage spreadsheets with large of figures without mistake
Cooperation with the BFF Units
Entering data in IT systems, databases, reports, records, and updating data entered
Supporting the operation of the whole department and the team according to current needs, as indicated by the superior
Performing duties in replacement of absent employees of the Department and Team, as indicated by the superior
Cooperation with other organizational units of the Company in terms of document and information exchange and information, implementing and adhering to the internal regulations, rules, and procedures in force in the Company
Taking care of good corporate image
Cooperation with appointed entities to implement development projects
Our requirements
Knowledge of English (spoken and written on B2/C1 level)
Knowledge of Italian (spoken and written on B2/C1 level)
Legal knowledge in the field of debt collection activities
Knowledge of accounts payable cycle and factoring would be appreciated
Degree or equivalent qualification in finance area (Economy, Mathematics, Banking, Legal)
Very good knowledge of MS Windows with Office (especially Excel)
Analytical skills, attention to detail and very good organizational skills
Team working and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure of time
Knowledge of VBA/Python would be appreciated
