Tasks:

• Transform business and operating models, focusing on digitalization of processes and methods, and develop holistic strategic approaches
• Design sustainable procedures aligned with sustainable finance principles
• Analyze, enhance, and optimize organizational structures and processes to boost resilience and profitability within a comprehensive risk/return framework
• Advise on implementing legal and regulatory requirements within existing business, organizational, and system structures
• Support audit processes and provide audit-related assistance to ensure compliance and operational excellence

Required skills and qualifications:

• Initial professional experience in an auditing firm, consulting company, or financial institution, with practical exposure to credit business and risk management
• Degree in economics or a comparable field of study
• Strong analytical skills paired with a precise working style and high IT affinity, including experience with BI tools or programming skills
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with confident use of MS Office applications
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and willingness to travel
