Credit Maintenance Intermediate Analyst - WARSAW
Excess Approval Management Team provides service to countries in Western Europe, but not exclusively. Daily process relates to monitoring the excess over approved clearing limits or transactions ordered without limit or balance. The team is cooperating with Relationship Managers and 1&2 Line of Defense to elevate exceptions and obtain appropriate approval to release the transaction. Team is working based on the market‑wide practices and cut‑offs for range of currencies and securities.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring of excesses at daylight clearing and settlement lines.
- Requesting credit approvals in order to process instructed transactions.
- Dealing with approval requests based on Credit Policy and processing transactions within a time frame.
- Ensuring compliance with credit policy and internal procedures.
- Processing data quality reviews.
- Cooperating closely with the CRMS CRA team for technical override approvals for cash and securities transactions.
- Interpreting existing and new credit policies and applying them in day‑to‑day operations.
- Managing processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness, maintaining up‑to‑date process manuals, and ensuring that documented processes are adhered to.
- Handling dynamic and complex transactions easily.
- Managing and supporting substantial and complex projects, obligors, countries or portfolios.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of previous experience.
- Ability to influence key decision makers.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple business lines and levels of management.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
