About the role

We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our team in the area of accounts receivable management in Wroclaw – a committed individual who will contribute to efficient receivables management with diligence and a sense of responsibility. The employee on this position will work closely with internal interfaces and external partners such as customers and credit insurers.

Responsibilities

• Set and grant credit limits for customers after prior credit checks in accordance with internal guidelines and established rules of competence.
• Obtain information from credit agencies, banks, and credit insurers, and analyze it to assess creditworthiness.
• Checking orders blocked for delivery, deciding on release for delivery, and clarifying payments and credit-specific issues with customers, field staff, and affiliated companies in Germany and abroad.
• Carrying out out-of-court dunning procedures, taking into account customer-related sales.
• Written correspondence with customers to confirm framework agreements, payment terms, credit limits, and installment payment agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related business disciplines.
• Fluency in English language.
• Experience with SAP S4/Hana.
• Accurate and independent working style.
• Willingness to work hybrid from the office in Wroclaw.
• Willingness to travel.
• German language skills would be a plus.
