Credit and Collections Specialist with Dutch or German

Your responsibilities

  • Monitoring aging reports and analyzing customer accounts to identify overdue balances.
  • Proactively contacting customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and account status within the accounting system.
  • Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies, disputes, or other issues that may impact timely payments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues affecting payment processing.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit management, invoicing, or a related financial function.
  • Fluency in Dutch or German (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2) is required.
  • Practical knowledge of SAP is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • A degree in economics, finance, or a related field is preferred, though candidates from diverse backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
