Responsibilities
As a Credit Analyst, you will be based in Poland but collaborate closely with partners in Germany. Your primary role will involve preparing credit applications for corporate clients, managing a portfolio of clients, and contributing to team goals. This position offers daily use of English (or German) and presents new professional challenges.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
- Preparing credit applications (annual reviews/interim credit requests/credit opinions) in compliance with guidelines, procedures, and timelines.
- Writing clear and concise credit analyses based on a general study of the counterparty and the understanding of the proposed transaction.
- Checking the compliance of credit requests with existing company policies.
- Commenting on terms and conditions as appropriate (structure, amount, collateral, credit matters defined in legal documentation).
- Issuing autonomous credit opinions and providing relevant recommendations.
- Launching credit applications in the company electronic tool for signatures and collecting appropriate sign-offs.
- Assigning obligor ratings and uploading them in the company tool.
- Monitoring assigned credit portfolios.
- Cooperating with both Warsaw and Frankfurt teams, participating in regular operational review calls and reporting.
Profile required
You will be best suited for this role if:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in credit within the corporate banking sector.
- You have a strong command of English.
- You hold a degree in a field related to economics.
- You can write concise summaries of analyses.
- You can collaborate with partners from different business units.
- You are flexible, well organized, and autonomous.
- You take responsibility for your work and its quality.
