Credit Analyst – M/F/D at Societe Generale
Responsibilities
- Based in Poland, working with business partners in Germany. Prepare credit applications for corporate clients, assigned portfolio to contribute to team goals.
- Use English daily, possibly German, providing new professional challenges.
- Preparing credit applications (annual reviews, interim requests, credit opinions) for large international companies across regions.
- Write clear and concise credit analysis based on counterparty study and transaction details.
- Check compliance of credit requests with company policies.
- Comment on terms and conditions (structure, amount, collateral, legal documentation).
- Issue autonomous credit opinion and recommendation.
- Launch credit applications in electronic tool for signatures and collect sign-offs.
- Assign obligor ratings and upload in company tool.
- Monitor assigned credit portfolio.
- Cooperate with Warsaw and Paris teams, participate in regular operational review calls and reporting.
Qualifications
- Degree in economics or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in credit within corporate banking.
- Excellent English, French preferred.
- Experience in cross-team collaboration, concise analysis writing.
- Self-reliant, flexible, organized, autonomous.
- Responsible for work quality.
