Responsibilities

As a Credit Analyst, you will be based in Poland, working closely with your business partners in Germany. Your main tasks include preparing credit applications for corporate clients, managing a portfolio of clients, and contributing to team goals. This role offers the opportunity to use English (or German if comfortable) daily and to face new professional challenges.

You will gain exposure to various projects and cases, deepening your understanding of credit analysis and developing a strong skill set for your future career.

Your future responsibilities will include:

• Preparing credit applications (annual reviews, interim requests, opinions) in line with guidelines and deadlines
• Writing clear credit analyses based on counterparty studies and transaction understanding
• Ensuring credit requests comply with company policies
• Commenting on terms and conditions (structure, amount, collateral, legal documentation)
• Issuing autonomous credit opinions and recommendations
• Launching credit applications in the electronic system for signatures and approvals
• Assigning obligor ratings and uploading them into the system
• Monitoring the assigned credit portfolio
• Collaborating with teams in Warsaw and Frankfurt, participating in review calls and reporting

Profile required

You will be best suited if you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in corporate banking credit
• Speak English fluently
• Hold a degree related to economics
• Can write concise credit analysis summaries
• Can collaborate with multiple partners across business units
• Are flexible, well-organized, and autonomous
• Take responsibility for your work and its quality
