Join our clients Operations Department as a Credit Analyst. We’re looking for someone independent and experienced in working with clients, preparing agreements, and supporting the credit process. Your experience should include evaluating collateral, preparing applications, and analyzing client creditworthiness.

Client Details: Our client is a bank with a strong global presence, now establishing a completely new banking entity in Poland – its first in the European Union. With a dedicated focus on small and medium‑sized enterprises, the bank is building its Warsaw office from the ground up to deliver tailored financial solutions for the Polish market.

Description

  • Collect and analyze financial and collateral data.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit applications, including financial analysis, collateral assessment, rating, and financing structure proposals.
  • Participate in credit committees and present cases for approval.
  • Draft and review documentation, including loan agreements and collateral arrangements.
  • Monitor clients’ financial performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Verify the value and status of collateral.
  • Ensure compliance with covenants and additional credit conditions.
  • Contribute to the improvement and development of credit procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Risk, Legal, and other departments to support smooth communication and efficient credit processes.

Profile

  • University degree (Masters preferred) in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in assessing financial and economic performance and preparing credit recommendations for corporate clients.
  • Strong interest in economic developments and industry trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to critically evaluate complex information.
  • Solid command of Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Proficiency in English for working with documentation, alongside fluency in Polish.
  • Familiarity with banking and civil law, as well as corporate banking products.
  • Knowledge of legal aspects of collateral and principles of corporate accounting.
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing credit documentation.
  • Personal qualities such as commitment, independent thinking, motivation, and strong communication skills – including the ability to build persuasive arguments and express ideas clearly.
