What The Role Entails

Role Purpose

Support the global influencer strategy through hands‑on outreach, seeding, and relationship building with mid‑tier and organic creators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with creators – outreach, briefing, follow‑up, and content tracking.
• Execute seeding and gifting campaigns; coordinate with in‑game and community activations.
• Maintain and update the creator CRM, monitor performance, and collect feedback.
• Ensure content sync and visibility across influencer, social, and community teams.

Must‑Have Experience

• 3–5 years in influencer or community management for games or agencies.
• Hands‑on experience executing outreach, code distribution, and content coordination.
• Comfortable analyzing content performance (CTR, reach, engagement).
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple beats and timelines.
