We’re a fast-growing startup building a mobile app for Gen Z & Gen Alpha.

Creativity is our main growth lever - and we’re looking for a Creative Producer Lead to build and scale a high-output, performance-driven creative engine for paid acquisition. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, systems, and data - with full ownership of creative performance across TikTok and Meta.

You will build a TikTok-native content factory, launch creatives at scale, and turn insights into repeatable growth.

What you’ll do

Build & run a TikTok-native creative factory

  • Own the full creative production cycle for paid acquisition (TikTok, Meta)

  • Develop concepts, scripts, and creative direction

  • Manage creators, UGC talent, and motion designers at scale

  • Ensure fast, consistent output with strong creative quality

Own creative testing & optimization

  • Launch ~40 new creatives per week, ready to scale

  • Run the full testing loop:

    concept → variations → results → insights → iterations

  • Translate performance data into clear creative learnings

Performance ownership

  • Maintain consistent CPI targets

  • Optimize creatives toward positive ROAS

  • Treat creatives as a core growth lever, not just production

Creative optimization at scale

  • Continuously iterate on hooks, formats, pacing, CTAs, and angles

  • Spot patterns, kill losers fast, double down on winners

  • Make fast, data-driven decisions with minimal friction

  • A consistent flow of new winning creatives

  • Clear, documented learnings from every test cycle

  • A repeatable, scalable creative system that drives growth

What we’re looking for

  • Performance-driven creative with strong metric intuition

  • Deeply Gen Z / TikTok-native (trends, hooks, formats, creator language)

  • Systems thinker who moves fast and is comfortable with volume

  • Strong taste combined with ruthless, data-backed iteration

  • Startup mindset: prefers building an in-house creative engine over working with agencies

  • Hands‑on experience with UGC / creator‑style ads at scale
