Marketing Projects Specialist

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the team in daily activities such as:
  • web content implementation & creating reports
  • creating special offers based on branch input
  • solving DealerPath, DBS, HighSpot and other Dealer Tools tickets
  • maintenance of tasks & data in our project management system Workfront
  • administration of daily workload for team members (including interns)
• Participation in meetings with branches as well as in meetings to maintain a good overview of what is happening in the region
• Close collaboration with the Events team regarding bigger events
• Supporting other teams in marketing related topics
• Cooperation with Sales Training Coordination team

Our requirements:

• Experience in a similar position (corporate background or similar role)
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (like Asana, Jira)
• Time management skills, proactive approach to work
• Fluent communication in corporate culture

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing field
• Experience working in multicultural environment
