Join the GBS Academy as a Creative Learning Designer and help shape the future of corporate education! You will be a key individual responsible for the visual and digital transformation of our training programs, designing engaging e-learning modules, producing multimedia content (videos, animations), and leading creative communication campaigns. We are seeking an innovative, design-focused professional ready to leverage tools like Articulate Rise, Synthesia, and Adobe applications to deliver knowledge in a modern and appealing way.

What we expect

• proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop), video editing, and animation software
• ability to create videos, animations, and interactive learning elements using tools like Synthesia
• adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes efficiently
• bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to learning design and digital engagement
• hands-on experience withe-learning tools like Articulate Rise and knowledge of SCORM standards
• familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Fuse), including creating learning plans and managing content(optional)
• ability to design compelling communication campaigns and visual assets for program launches and promotions
• comfortable with streaming setups, basic troubleshooting, and integrating multimedia into learning environments
• organizational skills to manage timelines, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure quality delivery

Your tasks

• design and support communication campaigns for GBS Academy programs (e.g., program launches, graduations, promotions, learning handbooks, slide decks)
• create knowledge testsande-learning modulesusingArticulate Rise
• work with Learning Management Systemto create learning plans usingFuse functionalities, including coordination with the Fuse team when needed
• develop multimedia elements such as videos, animations, and interactive components
• support the capability team with communication, change management, and knowledge assets
