The Creative Artworker will be responsible for brand guardianship, design application, project management, production of marketing campaigns and retailer communications for a major global brand, from straightforward design to artwork origination and amendments, plus adaptation and versioning of existing signed‑off designs.

Other functions include mentoring local stakeholders and ensuring quality of outputs and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • To oversee, create, prepare and edit print-ready artwork across a range of media including general print collateral (brochures, flyers, etc), press ads, POS and all types of advertising displays, digital, animation and social media assets.
  • To ensure the integrity of the original concept and brief.
  • To understand and work within brand and corporate guidelines.
  • To produce retouching of images and photography to a good level.
  • To understand and apply colour management principles in daily tasks.
  • To use your experience and knowledge to identify and resolve design, artwork and production challenges.
  • To complete all personal administration, including timesheets, accurately and promptly.
  • To understand the company’s quality control process and systems, employing a methodical approach.
  • To provide the business with best value by estimating and managing time accurately, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality.

Skills and Experience

  • In-depth expertise of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software and rendering engines (e.g., Cinema 4D, 3ds Max) to produce high-quality, photorealistic product, packaging, and POS visuals.
  • Ability to create and adapt production-ready files for packaging’s, products, boxes, FSDUs, POS and displays.
  • Experience in designing POS, displays and FSDUs based on master files and die cuts provided by the client
  • Ability to retouch images and apply advanced colour management.
  • Considerable experience as a design and production focused artworker, mainly with print items and 2d and 3d Mock-ups.
  • Extensive experience in loyally and accurately applying a design concept across a range of different media and formats.
  • Agency, production agency and trade marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience in dealing directly with clients is required.
  • High level of pre-press knowledge is a must.
  • Video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with both agency and wider marketing technology systems such as DAM, ad delivery platforms, approval/sign off tools, and collaborative and production workflows.
  • Straightforward design, typographical and layout skills.
  • Pre-flight and proofing background.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Strong workload organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent core Microsoft computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Native Polish level.
  • High English level.
