Our teams deliver engaging marketing assets across Europe for major international brands.

As Creative Artworker, you’ll play a key part in producing high-impact marketing and retail assets for major global brands. You’ll ensure top-quality, consistent, and brand-aligned output across print and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Create, adapt, and prepare print-ready and digital artwork (brochures, flyers, press ads, POS, displays, digital assets).
• Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all projects.
• Retouch images and apply advanced colour management.
• Liaise directly with clients and internal teams, mentoring stakeholders as needed.
• Use your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering for varied project needs.
• Manage multiple projects from brief to completion, delivering on time and within budget

Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in artwork and design production for print and digital media
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering
• Pre-press, print, image retouching, and proofing expertise
• Fluent/native Polish and high-level English communication skills
• Direct client-facing experience, ideally within an agency environment
• Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with marketing tech platforms (e.g. DAM, ad delivery tools) is a plus
