The CPI Manager is responsible for embedding a culture of continuous process improvement across all operating companies, global functions, and programs. This role leads the identification, prioritization, and realization of CPI opportunities in support of the Fund the Growth, Fuel the Profit agenda, ensuring alignment with global strategies and standards. As the owner of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology standards, the CPI Manager governs, maintains, and continuously improves the global CPI framework, driving consistent application of LSS principles.
Acting as a change leader, this role fosters learning, sharing, and the reapplication of best practices to deliver sustainable business value and operational excellence across the enterprise.
