What we expect

• 1-year working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably in Source to Pay area or application administration
• fluency in English, both written and spoken
• strong proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Service-Now is a plus
• functional knowledge of Coupa, SAP, or other ERP systems is an asset
• very good communication skills and a strong customer focus, with confidence in interacting with stakeholders from diverse cultures and organizational levels
• well-developed problem-solving abilities and a mindset focused on continuous improvement
• eagerness to learn new skills and openness to new challenges in a fast-paced environment
• ability to deliver results within agreed timeframes and to effectively prioritize tasks.

Your tasks

• work in a diverse environment with team colleagues located in Krakow
• closely and effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Process and Product Owner, IT Team, other P2P streams) and the Coupa system provider
• become a contact point supporting Coupa users in their system related queries, resolving the requests raised
• enhance your IT knowledge by analyzing the root causes of integration issues and proposing the solutions
• contribute into system governance by executing controlling reports and system access granting
• support system development & optimization by managing new releases, assessing enhancements, and testing the system changes
• analyze and present data to support business insights & decision making
• act as SME in the satellite projects & initiatives where Coupa advisory needed
