Coupa Product Development and Support Manager

Main purpose of the position

As ISS continues to implement the systems (Coupa, Routty and Kofax) globally, we have an increasing need to support the live countries with day-to-day issues and queries, improvement requests and larger scale changes. This position is to provide structure and good governance to the programme’s approach to support and product development.

Support

You will be responsible for managing the support team for the systems, monitoring service delivery, and for growing the team to meet future requirements. You will also manage the handover from the country implementation team at the end of each project, and will own the technical documentation for the global and local setups.

Product Development

When improvement requests or larger projects (for example changes to a live country’s ERP) are received, you will be responsible for reviewing these requests, recommending courses of action and coordinating the required resource to implement approved solutions. It will be your responsibility to ensure any changes are documented and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for suggesting improvements and efficiencies to support scalability of the global platforms, and streamlining support.

You should have detailed experience of administrating Coupa P2P modules, with excellent technical knowledge of the platform. It is essential that you can work independently but also that you adhere to the programme governance. You will need to prioritise requests and balance different stakeholders’ needs, and communicate consistently.

Leading the support team, you should ensure that they have the necessary skills and training to perform their roles. You also need to help them develop and manage their performance.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the Support function including monitoring Jira tickets and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain community forums with key users in live countries.
  • Review requests for improvements, recommend solutions and project manage the implementation of approved solutions.
  • Onboard, train, supervise and lead members of the Support team.
  • Manage Coupa release testing including communication with live countries.
  • Employ and encourage continuous improvement in developing the product.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Coupa P2P modules and platform administration (Ideally, Coupa certification covering this.)
  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of working with a ticket system such as Jira
  • Knowledge of cXML and API connections is an advantage
