We are searching for a Coupa System Architect to join our team and contribute to the implementation of the Coupa system, a cornerstone of the client’s digital transformation strategy. This system has been selected as a benchmark enterprise procurement platform to streamline indirect purchasing and finance processes. With its user-friendly, scalable, and upgradeable design, Coupa is set to revolutionize how the client manages procurement complexities on a global scale.

Your tasks

• Driving the technical implementation of Coupa rollouts, ensuring they meet the client’s strategic goals and adhere to best IT practices
• Configuring and optimizing all relevant Coupa modules to ensure smooth functionality and alignment with business processes
• Evaluating and analyzing new business requirements, designing system architecture, and providing integration recommendations
• Monitoring and managing Coupa product updates and releases, ensuring the system remains current and effective
• Coaching and guiding junior team members, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to project standards

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Coupa Administrator, System Architect, or Implementation Consultant, including leading two or more end-to-end Coupa implementations
• A proven track record in designing, configuring, and optimizing Coupa modules such as Sourcing, Procurement, Invoicing, and Supplier Information Management
• A strong foundation in Information Technology, Procurement, or Finance, with hands-on experience in enterprise system implementations
• Relevant Coupa certifications, such as Coupa Core Implementation Specialist, Coupa Procure-to-Invoice System Administration, or Coupa Sourcing Architect
• Fluent English skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration in a global, multicultural environment
