Meet our Sourcing & Procurement Team. We are inviting you to join the biggest and most experienced Sourcing & Procurement consulting team (+60 professionals) on the Polish market and one of the biggest in CEE. For more than 15 years, our daily bread has been leading and supporting the biggest S&P transformations (in all industries) for Polish and international companies. By joining, you will be defining and implementing pioneering and winning S&P concepts, strategies, methodologies, and tools.

THE WORK:

1. Manage successful delivery of Integration Projects
2. Manage customer expectations and work with Coupa / Customer project managers to meet project timeline and quality obligations.
3. Manage and mentor integration engineers from Coupa and Partners to successfully deliver the solution.
4. Collaborate with customer architecture and senior management team on integration topics/areas.
5. Work in both individual and team settings, on and off client site.
6. Design integration extraction and consumption methodologies in and out of Coupa in a multi-ERP environment.
7. Configure, design, and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and flat file-based integrations.
8. Detect, diagnose, and resolve integration related issues.
9. Design and build the infrastructure for data extraction, preparation and data loading from a variety of sources.

We are delivering our work mostly remotely, but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 2+ years’ experience within system integrations – preferably both REST API and flat files
2. Analytical skills focused on integration design.
3. Great communication and presentation skills.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

1. Good understanding of e-Procurement tools (e.g. Ariba, Ivalua , etc.)
2. Experience in integration testing
3. Postman/SOAP UI or any REST API Client tool experience
4. Other foreign EU language e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish
