Job Description
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and technological developments within intralogistics and warehouse automation.
- Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients while developing sales channels across Europe.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the areas of warehouse automation, material handling systems, AS/RS, shuttle and conveyor solutions, WMS/WCS software, and 3PL/logistics services.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full sales process from first contact to contract signature.
- Support the Regional Manager for Europe in facilitating communication between the company-s headquarters in China and European clients.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, material handling systems, or logistics IT solutions (WMS/WCS).
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle and achieve measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of the European intralogistics market and experience working in an international business environment.
- Ability to independently develop new business channels and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent command of English (additional European languages are an advantage).
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
