Job Description
Tasks:
- Responsibility for organizing and managing the department’s operations and business activities.
- Preparing and executing business plans, budgets, and reports.
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Implementing sales strategies in the market and managing departmental projects.
- Analyzing market and competitor data and taking appropriate actions.
- Local implementation of centrally developed strategies and concepts.
- Development and introduction of country sales strategy.
- Systematic improvement of the department’s operations in all areas.
- “Can do“ attitude.
Qualifications
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years on similar position (sales and people management).
- Master degree.
- Solid knowledge of sales systems and business planning.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking abilities.
- Strong leadership skills, including team management, task delegation, and work optimization.
- Decision-making capability for both difficult and routine matters.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with finance and basic accounting principles.
- Advancement in computer and digital tools.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
