Country Sales & Procurement Manager



Obowiązki

  • •Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
  • •Identify and engage with potential clients in industries generating plastic and paper waste, such as manufacturing, packaging, and distribution sectors.
  • •Define clear objectives and action plans for acquiring and reselling plastics, paper, and other recyclable materials.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • •Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and personalized responses and solutions.
  • •Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and sustainable partnerships.
  • •Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives and profitability targets.
  • •Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, outlining value propositions and competitive advantages.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of customer contracts and service delivery.
  • •Provide market insights and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to optimize product offerings and service delivery.
  • •Provide regular feedback to management on market developments, sales performance, and potential areas for improvement.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical sourcing practices in all procurement activities.

Wymagania

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • •Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the waste management or recycling industry.
  • •Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue generation and customer relationship management.
  • •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • •Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • •Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • •Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation.
