Our client is a global manufacturer of a diverse range of commercial and off-road vehicles. The company operates production facilities around the world and offers comprehensive technical support through its extensive network of sales and service outlets.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the position of Country Retail & Portfolio Manager, who will lead the team responsible for the area of retail and commercial lending.
Responsibilities:
The goal of this role is to manage the commercial lending receivables portfolio in the Polish market, applying the Financial Services Strategy and priorities. Provide financing and lending solutions to dealers, generate third-party income, maintain portfolio quality, and achieve profitability targets. Ensure good service levels to the dealer network and all brands. Manage the Commercial Lending financing program.

  • Providing financing and lending solutions to dealers.
  • Maintaining portfolio quality (minimum payment delinquencies, minimum cost of risk).
  • Achieving profitability targets.
  • Ensuring high service levels to the dealer network and all brands.
  • Defining lending terms and pricing offerings for dealers.
  • Managing credit limits for dealers.
  • Updating dealer accounts and monitoring their performance.
  • Collecting receivables and addressing payment delays.
  • Monitoring dealer behavior and their financial condition.
  • Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Offering retail financing solutions to customers of IVG/CNHI brands.
  • Collaborating with brand teams to support sales.
  • Monitoring portfolio performance and minimizing risk.

Requirements:
  • Higher education (preferably in finance, economics, business management or related).
  • 8+ years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Experience in managing sales teams and building engagement.
  • Ability to develop business strategies.
  • Experience in presentations and interactions with clients.
  • Experience in project/program management with large global customers.
  • Experience in account management and closing contracts.
  • Willingness to travel for business.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in Polish and English.
