The role includes:
• Driving sales, promotion, and development in designated accounts to achieve commercial goals.
• Developing and executing tailored key account strategies and action plans.
• Leading contract negotiations and supporting targeted initiatives for strategic accounts.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform account planning.
• Organizing customer events and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Ensuring timely and accurate CRM data entry and stakeholder mapping.
• Coaching and supporting sales team development through training and performance guidance.
