We are seeking astrategic partner with a strong background inB2Bsales, team leadership , and — above all — the ability tobuild and maintain trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Maven International brands with confidence and professionalism in client and partner engagements
- Build relations with clients in sectors such as government, corporate, NGO, and events
- Build and manage local team and service delivery workflows across various project types
- Take ownership ofday-to-day operations , ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Were looking for someone with a founders mindset — entrepreneurial, responsible, and eager to lead.
- Proven experience inbusiness development, B2B sales and preferably team management.
- Natural seller
- Highlyself-driven ,resilient , and comfortable operating independently
- Background inlanguage services (translation, interpretation) is highlypreferred.Communications ,professional services ,events , ortourism is a plus.
Requirements:
- Polish citizenship or someone who haspermanent residence (based on Polish descent & native in Polish).
- Availability to begin within30-90 days.
- Alignment with apartnership and profit-sharing model — this is a partnership role, not a standard job
- Professional English (spoken & written), knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Warsaw based/willing to relocate to Warsaw.
- Ability to invest into operational costs (minimum) & ability to financially sustain him/herself in the first 3-4 months.
