Daily Challenges

  • Business Development: identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels that can accelerate Kinguin’s growth in the U.S. Establish and maintain strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Operational Management: oversee day-to-day operations in the U.S. market, ensuring smooth coordination across departments such as marketing, customer support, logistics, and finance.
  • Marketing & Brand Positioning: adapt global marketing initiatives to the U.S. audience, ensuring brand consistency while tailoring campaigns to local customer behavior and trends.
  • Revenue & Performance Management: monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: build, lead, and mentor a local team, fostering a results-driven culture aligned with Kinguin’s values and goals.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: ensure all business activities comply with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Strong understanding of the U.S. e-commerce, gaming, or digital goods market.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or country management.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
