The role

We’re looking for an ambitious Country Manager for Poland who will also take ownership of our EU strategy and fiat products — including onramp, offramp, and card. This is a rare chance to step into a role that combines local market leadership with a European-wide remit, shaping how we scale across the region.

What youll do

• Lead our exchange operations in Poland, setting it up as our main EU hub.
• Own strategy and execution for fiat products across Europe (onramp, offramp, debit card).
• Drive licensing, compliance, and regulatory engagement across EU markets.
• Build partnerships with banks, PSPs, regulators, and payment networks.
• Ensure smooth and compliant fiat flows across all supported currencies.
• Act as the main representative of the company in Poland and the EU.
• Work closely with global leadership, with a path to grow into broader responsibilities as we scale.

This is not a strategy role—it’s an execution role. You’ll be in the weeds, launching products, building teams, talking to users, iterating fast. We move quickly. We care about results. And we don’t waste time.

What we look for

• Strong experience in fintech, payments, or crypto (ideally with fiat rails or card products).
• Knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks (MiCA, PSD2, e-money, issuing).
• Track record in launching and scaling financial products.
• Comfortable working hands-on while building towards leadership.
• Fluent in Polishand English.
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and excited by the chance to own a step-up role with regional scope.
