Are you a Senior Sales Executive, with a passion for Renewable Energy?

Our client, a well‑established Inverter manufacturer, is currently seeking a results‑driven Country Manager to take responsibility of the Polish market.

As Country Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the development and execution of Company’s strategy in your responsible territory.
• Build, maintain and develop good relationships with customers through assessment of customers’ needs, accompanied by suggestions on suitable products, solutions, and services.
• Plan and execute sales activities to meet order intake, net sales, and gross margin targets.
• Prepare quotes and bidding proposals and ensure the accuracy and quality of deliveries.
• Negotiate contracts with customers.

To be considered for the position of Country Manager, you must demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration / Electrical Engineering / Renewable Energy)
• A technical affinity & deep understanding of Inverter Technology
• Fluent in Polish and English
