Job Overview: Our client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead and expand its presence in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, team leadership, marketing strategy execution, and P&L management.

This role requires at least three years of business development experience in FX & CFDs and an additional two years of managing a team of BDMs and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and revenue.
• Lead and manage BDM teams and oversee marketing initiatives.
• Drive client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Develop marketing campaigns tailored to the local market.
• Manage P&L to meet revenue and budget targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Represent the company at industry events and media engagements.
• Provide market trend reports and performance insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in FX & CFDs business development.
• At least 2 years managing BDM teams and marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and brokerage operations.
• Proven P&L management and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and marketing analytics tools.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
