We are looking Country Manager to Polish market whos responsibility is developing and implementing sales strategies and distribution strategies, actively participate in sales activities, setting and monitoring the budget, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, partners and government agencies.
•As the face of ELIIS, youll be fully responsible for leading daily operations in Poland and build the team for the Polish market
•Implementation of sales plans and goals
•Actively participate in sales activities
•Representing a company in seminars, trade fairs, industry events
•Analysis of the market and competitor activities
•Budgeting of annual income and expenses
•Close cooperation with the management board, reporting results, strategic planning and making decisions supporting the development of the company
•Experience in B2B sales
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Good knowledge of English - enabling everyday communication (min. C1)
