Recruitment for

For our Client, a leading supplier of high-performance sugar beet varieties, we are looking for Country Manager.

Represent the company in Poland across all sales and marketing areas, with full responsibility for commercial strategy and performance.
Develop and execute sales strategies for Key Accounts, Direct Sales, and E-Commerce channels.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Track market trends and monitor competitors to optimize sales approaches.
Oversee the sales budget and ensure sustainable profitability.

Bachelors degree in (agricultural) business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, business development, or a senior sales leadership role.
Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets.
Profound knowledge of the Polish Sugar Industry and sugar beet production is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results, overcoming challenges, and continuously improving sales performance.
Fluent Polish and English language.
