Job Description
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to support the companys growth and operational goals
- Acting as the primary HR contact for managers
- Providing comprehensive HR support across all employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and people development, in close collaboration with other HR teams
- Implementing and coordinating HR processes in line with corporate policies, under the guidance of the Regional HR BP Head.
- Overseeing all personnel and payroll administration activities, ensuring legal compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of payroll processes in cooperation with external providers.
- Preparing HR budgets for the companys entities in Poland and coordinating payroll cost planning.
- Supporting managers in organizational changes, employee engagement initiatives, and performance improvement actions.
- Delivering HR data and analytics to management, supporting annual workforce and compensation planning, and preparing HR reports and insights.
- Contributing to the professionalization and digitalization of HR processes; participating in HR transformation and improvement projects.
- Managing all aspects of Employee Capital Plans (PPK), including collaboration with financial institutions and ensuring compliance.
- Organizing employee representative elections and managing employee benefits administration.
- Leading, developing, and mentoring the local HR team.
The Successful Applicant
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR management practices, supported by hands‑on experience and/or successfully delivered HR projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, including solid practical expertise in personnel administration, payroll, and HR compliance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent command of Polish labor law and related regulations (including employment tax and social security compliance) and proven ability to apply them in practice.
- Experience in developing and implementing internal HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a focus on accuracy and process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive HR information.
- Proven experience working within a matrix organizational structure, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across different levels and regions.
- Proficiency in HR systems, preferably Enova, and confidence in using digital HR tools and reporting systems.
- Good command of English, enabling effective communication in an international business environment.
- Category B driving license and readiness for occasional business travel.
